Benefiz is an independent advisory firm established to help the smaller employer offer benefits to employees that are normally only available to larger firms. In a competitive employment market smaller employers still have the same issues of attracting and retaining staff and employee benefits are a great way of rewarding employees cost effectively.


For employers with no benefits in place we can help design, source and implement a comprehensive benefits programme. For employers with existing benefits we can review these to make sure they are relevant, legally compliant and cost effective. Where we carry out a review we always identify cost saving opportunities that can be used to fund new benefits.

For the smaller employer we can act as an outsourced benefits provider providing support on all benefit work including administration and communication. For the larger employer we can act in an advisory role supporting the inhouse HR benefits team.
