How we helped Turley to be seen as an employer of choice. 


BACKGROUND  We are a full service UK and Ireland planning and development consultancy-based across 14 offices in the UK and Ireland employing over 270 employees. 


We engaged Benefiz after being a client of a large national consultancy for over 10 years. 

We wanted to be perceived as an employer of choice with a competitive benefits package, that reflected our green credentials and that could be delivered using technology. Our aim was to: 
Gain a fresh perspective of benefit suitability. 
Understanding benefit pricing and cost. 
Determine future development ideas. 
Introduce a new benefit technology solution. 


We approached Benefiz to see if they could help support our objectives. They offered to carry out an independent review of our benefits, so they could assess the above as well as making sure we were legally complying with the rules. Their initial report identified a number of areas that needed to be addressed and provided a clear recommendation to improving our benefits for the future. The first action we took was to set up a new benefits platform to help communicate and administer our benefits.
