This decision reflects our commitment to a higher standard of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

As a B Corp (and one of the first employee benefits consultancies in the UK to become B Corp), we join a community of businesses dedicated to addressing pressing issues, from climate change and social inequality to ethical business practices. The B Corp framework challenges us to consider the impact of our decisions not only on shareholders but also on employees, customers, suppliers, and in the communities where we live.
B Corps are required to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, and this includes a comprehensive assessment of our business practices. The certification process, which has taken some time to complete, demanded that we open our books and operations to scrutiny, fostering a culture of accountability that benefits all stakeholders. In becoming a B Corp, we also acknowledge the growing demand for businesses to contribute positively to society. Clients are increasingly seeking financial service providers that go beyond profit and demonstrate a commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
From the day we started Benefiz, we have introduced practices and policies that have helped us attain this highly sought after certification:
